of completion, which is March 13th correct. Not to take sides here but I'm a bit confused on those additional times you posted:
"My car's advance ready date was suppose to be the 12th of this month (Febuary I assume) after already waiting in excess of 30 days..." (from what date?)So if you agreed and sign for a March 13th date of completion, you really don't have a leg to stand on, unless the agreement states that there should be some progress dates i.e. by XX date the car should be primed, by XX date the car should be wet sanded, etc.
